April 19,2011 Concrete sidewalk and wheelchair ramp installed 10 months ago cracked in 4 places and needs repair. I paid for 4in thick sidewalks and wheelchair ramp June of 2010 , the areas that needs repair are only 2in thick Please repair as soon as possible. please repair cracked damaged 2in thick ramp and sidewalk with 4in thick ramp and sidewalk up to my house. I called today 5/5/2011 the weight restrictions should be off 5/9/2011. Short loads are ok now. Please repair broken wheelchair ramp and sidewalk going up to my house should be 4in thick as soon as possible. Thank you
