I had a travel trailer customer claim with an unusual window that could not be replaced by ordinary means, (the glass was curved and the travel trailer was an older model) . I want to inform Novus Glass that Ginger went over and above normal customer service standards to search for a replacement, and when one couldn't be found, discovered an alternative. The whole process took over 2 months but the window is replaced and the customer is satisfied - THANK YOU GINGER and Novus Glass Mora Office.
Called them for replacement windshield on my Toyota Camry. A guy called back and told me to wait for them to find the glass. Two weeks later, I didn't hear anything from them. I called them again and again and left the messages but never get back to me. Sometimes the phone disconnected also. Bad company!!!!
