I bought a $280 dryer and Rick said they make sure it all works when they fix it. Took it home and it definately got hot but it did not dry the clothes.
When he went to refund my money, his debit card machine mysteriously wasn't working. it wouldn't refund. I told him i would take a check.
Rick, a simple sorry would have been appropriate. No need for sarcastic remarks. Unfortunately, I will never buy from you again.
When we took the dryer out of my truck, the whole time he was blaming me for the issue and said "I cant explain why the new one works, but there isn't anything wrong with this dryer."
I went straight to the bank and cashed the check before he could place a stop payment on it.
Very nice and helpful, had the parts I needed for my washer in stock for the same price they were online!
It seems like he has nice new stuff but stay away from his "re-furbished" items.
I took it back the next day because he has a 30 day warranty and explained to him what the problem was. Instead of appologizing to me for selling me a dryer that doesn't work, he pointed his finger at me and said "there is nothing wrong with the dryer, you have a clogged vent."
I told him i didn't have a clogged vent because we bought a brand new one the next day in desperation for a dryer and it worked fine.
Great small town store with awesome service. The only place we go for appliances. Fair prices and service second to none.
